Interesting weekend here. Sunday morning, around 2:30 am, I heard a loud noise. Went downstairs to make sure Mom was okay. She had heard the sound as well. Figured it was one of the cats knocking something off on the porch. Fast forward to Sunday afternoon. Was going to go out and see what had crashed on the porch. Noticed plaster all over the front hallway and saw a 2" diameter hole in the plaster wall. Hmm? Went to look at the outside of the wall and found a bullet hole. It almost went clear through the wall.

If you don't already know, "babblet" is some weird word used here for words you seldom see anywhere but these grids. inia, teiid, elhi, edhs...they will all get red lined in chat as misspellings, but the oddball Enable Word List nerds liked them.

Which means that proper nouns, hyphenated words and foreign words that ARE in the Enable dictionary ARE allowed. It's that simple. Whatever those word nerds picked and chose.

I've never understood why people get upset about the words that are accepted. They are either words - some offensive, some not; some standard English, some not; but in the end, the babble word list dictates what's accepted and that's all there is to it!
