The decorations will be very simple this year due to the ongoing blurry eyesight problem that the opthalmologist has tried his best to solve for almost 3 years now and my GP doesn't seem to be that interested in other than giving me prescriptions for various eye drops and allergy tablets that don't work. My opthalmologist is so frustrated with my GP now that he's goimg t override him and ssent me fr a consulatation at the eye hospital.

I'm getting very tired of making the amount of Xmas cakes I have to make and decorate. Have suggested the family should decorate the plain cakes I could give them, another family member might take up the mantle of official Christmas cake maker etc., etc. No joy on that front so far. I'm tired. I've been doing it and the numbers of cakes have been going up since I was 11 years old. I'm 65 now.
