hey Rose, if you're still here - my GP practice does telephone consults; I have multiple meds and am often caught out by forgetting to renew one or other. It's all in my notes - would be so in any well run clinic - so any Dr can do an escript. Try that with yours.

I pulled a calf in my 30s and it took forever to heal. my current problem is lower ab. I read online 2-4 weeks is possible but I'm assuming that's for young people in much better shape. hoping it's just strained and not an actual pulled muscle.

historically, I am very unphotogenic, but I got the best DL pic ever and looked amazing, and then I got home and noticed they had put a glasses restriction on there, and I didn't even have glasses, so then I had to go back and wait again and I had assumed they would just use that pic since if you renew online they just use the last one taken.so, I had my hair thrown up in a ponytail, no makeup. but no, those pics hadn't made it onto the database in raleigh yet, so they took a new one.
