I'm getting my house painted this week. I can't wait to see it finished! Michael started changing the trim from blue to red. Then everything stalled for obvious reasons. I finally got all the dry rot fixed and it is ready for new paint.

I'm sticking with the off-white, but the trim is a deep barn red. I got new gutters a couple of years ago, but so much siding and other dry rot needed replacing and it took me a bit to find the right handyman. I found a great guy! I now have cold water in the kitchen too!

I had hot water, just not cold - there was an old part that was leaking, so the cold had to be turned off years ago. It wasn't too bad to live with because the hot water takes a long time to get to the kitchen..

I'm blessed that covid bypassed me. When Michael was in ICU during covid, they only let me see him once. it was the day I had to decide to end life support. It was the most awful day of my life. He didn't have covid.
