No offense intended to anyone, but I can't believe the puzzle won't accept Negro.
P6 - Indian wacky herb
P9/66 x 2
who has time for this one?
i'Ve noticed that before--don't understand--they accept LOTS of Spanish words so why don't they accept negro and negra . . . ?
Any clues for the P10 - 91?
The root word for the P10/91: An external application of a consistency harder than ointment, prepared for use by spreading it on linen, leather, silk, or other material. It is adhesive at the ordinary temperature of the body, and is used, according to its composition, to produce a medicinal effect, to bind parts together, etc
Gail, I have the root for P10, as well as the related P8 & P9. The remainder of the P10 is still eluding me, tho.
It's a past tense and an alternate spelling of the P9/72. Has one more vowel in it.
Has there ever been one this big before?
marian - how are you doing - I only have 97 so far
Got it, Gail. Thanks.
What does the other 10 letter word start with? Anybody have it yet?
This is the biggest grid I think I remember. I have 319 words so far...
T9/60 - T10/77: agent(s) that cause(s) the production of physical defects in the developing embryo
biggest grid i've ever seen...thanks for the glue testing...
with 66p's out of the way, i have a total of 11 p736's
This thing is just too bloody big. I have a little over half the words ... 262
i agree judi....
Irene: I have a 118 and getting sick of it.
500 + words. Blaahhg. Most of the essays we got for homework were less than that (and believe me, I was counting!).
Whoever said size doesn't matter didn't look at this puzzle :)
Ha! 360 words and my eyes are bugging right out of my head!
360. Wow, I only have 224. I don't feel like going any further
I think I picked a good week for a Babble vacation - have fun, everyone :)
338 words and not giving up yet!

i'm going to quit my eyes are seeing things...i messed up again..but what else is new...there are t8/40 x3 and no t8/50
Thank you, baggo! :) I don't know if this is good or bad but, at least, it gives us something to shoot for.
Sigh. "UNCLE" Could I please have clues for the e and o 9's? thanks.
o 9 russian olive, i got it cause it looked almost like a bush that is very common here in ca.
Thanks Onyx. I kept trying to make something out of that beginning, just didn't quite know where to go with it, LOL.

Any clues for the t8/40's and t8/45? I already have the one for browning bread.
Well guys, I'm off for vacation for a weeK. I'll miss you all and the puzzles, but I'm sure worn out from this one. Behave yourselves while I'm gone :)
