A typical day here consists of the usual stuff -- throwing out old socks, playing Scrabble. I'm gay, a hopeless romantic and I've been a vegetarian for 25 years. I only eat meat when it's attached and pleased to see me.

One of my favourite raw recipes is for the dish that's seen in the top right pic in my Flickr photos. It's just homemade spicey Guacamole inside a scooped out beefsteak tomato with a rocket salad!
You could fill with raw walnut pate too. Chop a whole red pepper, two sticks of celery, two cups of walnuts, add coriander, a dash of Bragg's liquid aminos and blend in food processor. Add chili too if you like spicey!
I confess I could have made the Guacamole a bit chunkier
but practice makes perfect!

Just made Jamie O's pesto, mixed it with avocado, added some chopped greens, on raw crackers, quite tasty!

Just made it up this evening -- with cocoa butter, coconut butter, agave & cocoa powder! I did it very quickly!
The coconut butter is extra but lovely!
