husband likes very hot food and the idea for his spicy chicken came to me in a dream -- I cook the chicken legs in olive oÃ¯l, then add hot dried red Pepper, oregano and salt, then a can of italian tomatoes and a chopped onion and some dried garlic. It cooks for a couple of hours and then I serve it over fusilli.
