i lost a good friend to a hypoglemic episode. i talked with my endocrinologist about it - he knew i was scared about having lows while sleeping, so he took me off insulin and prescribed a new-ish medicine called Victoza that is also injectable, but does not cause glucose levels to plummet. So that, in addition to some oral meds I take and watching my carbs - controls it pretty well.

When I was younger I ro 4/5 in a car with some friends who were drinking&driving which wasn't a good id4/5. They played the radio so loud that it was de 6/30ing and they were speeding too.The cops tried to pull us over, but my friend managed to elu 4/5 the police. no golf today -- we were away with our entire family for 3 days - celebrating our 50th. Went to a mountain resort (17 of us) - no TV, no cell reception, no internet -- I think even the teens learned something about face to face communication! It was great and everyone had a good time, judging by the smiles.

The resort was very well set up (we took up 3 cabins) with a sauna, hot tub, pool, frisbee golf, bocci, horsehoes, croquet and lots of hiking trails so there was lots of things to do where everyone who wanted could participate.
