Howdy, Sue.
9:12 am
suefrad625
we have beautiful weather, I pray you are all safe
9:13 am
suefrad625
AR is having it bad
9:13 am
crosshair
We had a rare state of emergency in our county last night due to the second ice storm. 230,000 without power, but clean up is well uder way today.
9:14 am
suefrad625
I want you all to know that if ever you have to evacuate, and need a place to stay, we can make room.
9:14 am
suefrad625
Cross, if you want to take a trip.....
9:14 am
cybernan
wow - well past time for winter to be over. So glad I don't live in PQ or ON anymore!
9:14 am
suefrad625
it's 91 today
9:14 am
crosshair
No real damage except for the poor trees. :(
9:15 am
suefrad625
we have a fenced in yard for dogs, and a tiki hut for humans.
9:16 am
cybernan
So kind Sue -- but most of us don't want to risk coming to the states anymore -- too much trouble at the border.
9:16 am
crosshair
Wish I could, but it is not a good time to visit the U.S.
9:16 am
suefrad625
we have had to bug out a couple of times and it was great to know we had a place to go.
9:16 am
suefrad625

9:19 am

Lots of stories about visitors beging detained for ten days or more because they dont like the look of our paperwork.
9:19 am
suefrad625
we still had a few bears, but I have reinforced the fence, hung pine-sol bottles, bells, and a motion light! Next, I get to electrify it
9:21 am
crosshair
Lol, you can always tell if it is bear poop because it smells like pine-sol and has bells in it. :)
9:21 am
cybernan
crossy, I suspect that Trump has the media muzzled to the point that Americans never see those stories nor many of the other negative things that are happening to their government.
9:21 am
suefrad625
oh, and I move the bird feeders to the fence so they don't have to fight to get them. I figured its a good trade
9:23 am
crosshair
We had one eoman fron Ontario detained for twelve days because of some issue with her Ontario drivers license.
9:23 am
crosshair
I think you are right, cybernan.
9:25 am
cybernan
same in BC and conditions in the detainment centres are horrible --- people are treated worse than most animals. Leaves me wondering whatever happened to the Geneva Convention --- certainly isn't being honoured in the states!
9:27 am
bookgrrl
Nope - we here in the US see all those horror stories, but unfortunately, a chunk of the population doesn’t care because they think it can’t happen to them or that “those people†deserve it.
9:28 am
suefrad625
what about their victims?
9:29 am
cybernan
what victims?
9:29 am
suefrad625
the rapes, sex traffic children, the lost 300,000 kids missing
9:29 am
crosshair
Beside, we are in damage control mode with the tarrifs applied to the auto sector, aluminium, and potash. Waiting for our P.M to outline our response.
9:29 am
bookgrrl
And the checks and balances that the system once had have eroded via gerrymandering, legislation, and bad legal rulings.
9:30 am
suefrad625
what check and balance was used when they were coming in?
9:30 am
cybernan
yes all that is happening in the detentions centres too, sue -- it is terrible
9:30 am
suefrad625
I am sorry about all the tariff and costs. but its time America took care of America
9:30 am
cybernan
read something about (un)truth social, sue
9:30 am
crosshair
Lost me, how does sex trafficking connect to peole being jailed for trying to drive to the U.S?
9:30 am
suefrad625
we can't be a charity anymore, if we go bankrupt
9:31 am
suefrad625
this isn't personal or emotional, its financial
9:31 am
cybernan
all those excuses for tariffs exist only in Trump's mind -- he has brainwashed all of you
9:31 am
suefrad625
we have to be very careful now
9:31 am
bookgrrl
Sue is fixated on the idea that tourists and immigrants and free trade are bad for the US.
9:31 am
suefrad625
well, America voted him in and we trust his financial work
9:32 am
crosshair
The U.S will just end up paying 25% more for our stuff.
9:32 am
suefrad625
free trade is great.
9:32 am
suefrad625
drop all the tariffs then
9:32 am
cybernan
if you think prices were high before --- just wait until the tariffs start taking effect - you will be worse off than ever.
9:32 am
crosshair
Aluminum and potash are going to be painful.
9:32 am
suefrad625
which will help your cross. why is that bad for you
9:33 am
suefrad625
look, we CANT survive without outside countries. that can't be
9:33 am
crosshair
Trump fired off the tarriffs first. We are just responding in kind.
9:33 am
suefrad625
we love our neighbors and think you are all wonderful. but we can't afford it
9:33 am
cybernan
Do you also trust his work of dismantling the justice, education and medical systems, trying to control the press --- these are all moves of a would be dictator
9:33 am
suefrad625
its not personal. you all talk in emotions
9:34 am
crosshair
Well, this is going to get much worse before it gets better.
9:34 am
suefrad625
the education system, yes. when the states took over the education it was much better
9:35 am
suefrad625
the education department was taking money and giving nothing
9:35 am
crosshair
Well, the $25 auto tarrifs is going to put a lot of people out of work, so emotion is not surprising.
9:35 am
cybernan
Also when the leader of one country threatens to take over their neighbour it becomes very personal
9:35 am
suefrad625
I work in the schools and you would cry
9:35 am
crosshair
Very oersonal
9:35 am
suefrad625
they can't read
9:35 am
crosshair
Personal
9:35 am
Shirlockc
so it's better that some of the states still don't teach evolution?
9:35 am
suefrad625
no shirl
9:35 am
suefrad625
it means to teach it all
9:36 am
suefrad625
picture this. a rep for each state that communicates with each other to see what is working and holding the states to a level of excellence
9:37 am
cybernan
finally found my last n (ne 5) -- don't know how I could be so blind
9:37 am
suefrad625
you think someone making hundreds of thousands of dollars in WA cares about the students in Concord, NC.
9:37 am
cybernan
sounds great sue - doubt it wil happen though -- you need some sort of central government and a dicgtatorship won't cover it
9:37 am
crosshair
Good news is that our west ciast LNG plant comes online today, and we have already secured a free trade deal with the E.U on it. :)
9:37 am
suefrad625
ty cyber, I missed it also
9:38 am
suefrad625
It is going to put a lot of Americans to work
9:40 am
suefrad625
Trump is a daddy bear, and he is going to do what it takes to take care of America. And he is not taking over other countries, he is giving options.
9:40 am
crosshair
Well, I think we are going for a different option.
9:41 am
crosshair
We are securing free trade deals with Japan as well.
9:42 am
suefrad625
no matter what, you have a beautiful place to hang if you get to Florida.
9:42 am
bookgrrl
OMG - I’m turning off the chat now. The last thing I want is is to read that a person with a history of sexual assault and racist actions is a “daddy bearâ€.
9:42 am
cybernan
I certainly agree that he is a predator -- and like all predators only cares about himself and is very dangerous. Sorry but I don't consider him saying Canada should be American is an option - it is a declaration of war
9:42 am
Shirlockc
yep, i think all the countries will do what's best for them and exclude the US for now
9:42 am
crosshair
Lol@ "daddy bear!"
9:42 am
suefrad625
I think so Shirl
9:42 am
crosshair
Exactly shirlock
9:42 am
Shirlockc
i suppose russia might be US's bestie now
9:43 am
suefrad625
and America needs to learn how to stand by herself
9:43 am
suefrad625
why Shirl?
9:43 am
suefrad625
we can't make our own meds. China makes them...its just wrong
9:43 am
crosshair
Well, they are going to get the chance, but Trump and company won't like it.
9:43 am
Shirlockc
there'll be no one left to trade with
9:44 am
cybernan
Hope you like communism -- that's where you are headed.
9:44 am
suefrad625
well, voting for him, we are going to give him more then 100 days.
9:44 am
cybernan
Hope you like communism -- that's where you are headed.
9:44 am
suefrad625
why cyber
9:44 am
suefrad625
he has done exactly what we voted for
9:45 am
crosshair
I am waiting for his executive irder demanding that he be refferred to as "glorious leader."
9:45 am
suefrad625
exactly. its all transparent online
9:45 am
suefrad625
we think so already cross, lol
9:45 am
cybernan
That is where Trump is leading you, Sue -- you just can't or won't open your eyes and see it. Maybe a study of world history would help.
9:46 am
cybernan
he has already called himself "king", crossy
9:46 am
suefrad625
there are people supporting a man named Mangione who killed an insurance CEO on the streets because of where he worked
9:47 am
cybernan
He has in a very short time managed to atagaonize most of the free world
9:47 am
crosshair
Anyway, time will tell. We also diverted an order to build six passanger planes that will now be built outside the U.S
9:47 am
suefrad625
people are shooting and burning cars?? and attacking drivers of the cars they all pushed to buy
9:47 am
suefrad625
we are sick and we need to heal
9:47 am
suefrad625
a man killed a guy at Walgreens because he didn't like drug stores
9:48 am
crosshair
I feel bad for our American friends. :(
9:48 am
suefrad625
we need your love, not hate
9:48 am
Shirlockc
we have a measles epidemic because people think that no vaccines are fine
9:48 am
suefrad625
we need to know that life means everything.
9:48 am
Shirlockc
science >>>>> politics please
9:49 am
cybernan
every country has their rotten eggs and criminally insane, sue, but I think you will find that most of them are "home grown", not foreigners as Trump contends
9:49 am
crosshair
We do not hate our american friends--we hate the current government.
9:50 am
suefrad625
no cyber, that doesn't work. every one person killed by an illegal person is too much
9:50 am
cybernan
Like all bullies Trump blames everyone but himself - takes no responsibility for failure.
9:50 am
suefrad625
if it were my loved one, I would think that
9:50 am
suefrad625
wouldn't you
9:51 am
suefrad625
I almost died and I can tell you, it changes you
9:51 am
crosshair
Look at the stick market right now. It is in freefall, and lives are being destroyed as a direct result, but hey, make America great again, right?
9:51 am
suefrad625
you see life and a gift for everyone
9:51 am
suefrad625
the stock market isn't life, and you know that
9:51 am
crosshair
It Is for some people.
9:52 am
suefrad625
it seems we have all gotten used to the THIS SECOND, but if you are planning for long term, it takes time
9:52 am
suefrad625
we had Biden do nothing for 4 years
9:52 am
crosshair
If the business you work at loses fifty oercent of it value on the market, do you think that affects you?
9:52 am
suefrad625
I need my kids getting SS, not millions of dead people
9:53 am
cybernan
and now you have Trump destroying everything for 4 years
9:53 am
suefrad625
look at Elon, he is living through it
9:53 am
Shirlockc
well how about all the people who will died because they have medicaid is being cut?
9:53 am
suefrad625
everyone has his stock, and yet they are attacking his company
9:53 am
suefrad625
what about all that work for him?
9:53 am

lovely selfish abominable person isn't he
9:53 am
crosshair
Well, I am dure the richest man on the planet will fare well.
9:54 am
suefrad625

9:54 am
suefrad625
what about the employees cyber
9:54 am
suefrad625
what about THEM?
9:54 am
Shirlockc
well, he should be efficient there and cut those employees too
9:54 am
suefrad625
what about the lady who is afraid to drive her car because someone ran her off the road and screamed at her
9:55 am
crosshair
I am dure that all those fired federal eorkers do not give a damn if Tesla goes belly up.
9:55 am
suefrad625
are you going to buy her a new car?
9:55 am

I don't have his stock --- in fact I don't hold any US stock any more.
9:55 am
suefrad625

9:55 am
suefrad625
they used the fed gov to hire everyone
9:55 am

Not a chance, but If I do, it would be from the Honda plant here in Alliston.
9:56 am

9:56 am

Trans men do not belong in women's sports.
9:57 am
Shirlockc

As a queer person myself, I admit that the issue of trans women in sports is complicated, but I leave the legislation to the experts in sports medicine and the endocrinologists.
10:04 am
suefrad625
and yes, my granddaughters will NOT change clothing in front of boy in school
10:05 am
suefrad625
and as mother of queer boys, I don't care about that.
10:05 am
UntitledDocument
I am of the opinion that your granddaughters should not have to change clothing in front of anyone!
10:06 am
suefrad625
I don't care about who you love and want to be with. But not when you are putting science against emotions
10:06 am
crosshair
We had teo people at my work who were transgender, and they were treated no differently, and they used whatever bathroom they were comfortsble with, they played whatever sports interested them. Not my place to judge.
10:06 am
suefrad625
I think you are wonderful untitled. I have to go.
10:07 am
suefrad625
it is when you have children facing these issues
10:07 am
suefrad625
and just to leave you with this
10:07 am
suefrad625
I do not like this new fashion with the shoulder slits.

morning all -- is it safe to enter the chat?
10:11 am

All done for now.
10:11 am

Hiwdy, Eva. :)
10:12 am
EvaNadine
too tired to get my feathers ruffled today.
i have too many friends i would feel the need to stick up for in that conversation.
10:12 am
EvaNadine
hiya Crossy. :)
10:12 am
crosshair
Yup, best to let it rest for now.
10:14 am
crosshair
It was the same when I ran a bar--talk about anything you want except politics and religion, or you end up brooming up broken glass and patching holes in the walls.
10:15 am

The difficulty is when someone's fundamental identity is considered political. Thank you all for the civil chat, I shall return to lurking
10:15 am

Tc, Untitled. :)
10:15 am
EvaNadine
there are times and places for all sorta of debates -- and lord knows i exercise them all.
but i come to Babble to escape, so i dont want to have to wage battle here as well.
10:16 am
crosshair
Fair enough.
10:16 am
EvaNadine
you are very welcome here anytime you wish to de-lurk, Untitled. :)
10:16 am

I agree Eva.
10:16 am

What eva saud.
10:17 am
EvaNadine
anywhoodle.
more gridding.
there are still 45 words left in there that are hiding from me.
10:18 am
crosshair
I should know better. You get a far left and a far right trying to justify their positions and it usually never ends well.
10:19 am
crosshair
I am still chuckling at "big bear."
10:20 am
crosshair
But back to finding a few more words.
10:20 am
EvaNadine
i dont think i read that far back.
10:21 am
crosshair
My mind is trying to conjure up a large, old bear who was caught eating a large bag of cheetos.
10:22 am
crosshair
A bear in orange face. :)
10:24 am
Dorens
sorry. good morning
10:24 am
crosshair
Howdy, Dorens. :)
10:25 am
EvaNadine
7s and 8 please -- i already have that one. ;)
10:25 am
Dorens
Couldn't help but see the chat with the political crap. Some people don't seem to learn the lay of the land,
And sorry, Eva, don't have any of htem
10:25 am
crosshair
What fishermen wear
10:26 am
Dorens
thanks crossy
10:29 am
rbud
I bit my tongue during all that crazy talk - it's almost time for me to get ready for a meeting today with the powers that be at a nearby nursing home, where my disabled daughter (age 37, has MS, can't stand or walk any more, other medical problems too numerous to go into) was taken to in December. I can no longer be her sole caretaker, as I am too old and messed up myself and she is bigger than me. We are scared of what may happen with this administration.
10:29 am
crosshair
((rbud))
10:29 am
Dorens
And good reason to be scared. I'm sorry rbud
10:32 am
crosshair
Sorry about the politics, rbud, but this threat has fired up and united Canadians like never before.
10:33 am
rbud
thanks. I will just continue to persevere and hope for the best for all of us.
10:33 am
crosshair
Yes, I wish that as well.
10:35 am
EvaNadine
any americans who ARENT afraid arent paying attention.
10:35 am
Dorens
I live in a bubble...all my friends feel the same way about the orange putz and his mad sidekick Elon. Most of us are political activists but find it hard to know what to do right now. Things look so bleak. There will be rallies across the country this Saturday, but I'm not sure how well publicized this has been so unclear as to how many people will actually show up. But with a little luck this movement will grow. The problem as I see it is the complicity of Republicans unwilling to be honest and stop the insanity
10:37 am
Dorens
quite right, Eva, but there are a lot who don't pay attention, or lack critical thinking and blindly believe the crazy bs.
10:37 am
hurshy
hey, don't forget what Guns n Roses taught us
10:37 am
hurshy
nothing lasts forever... even cold no-conscience reign
10:38 am
Dorens
well a hell of a lot of damage is being done right now and will be difficult to repair, if and when we get the chance. Bankrupting the government to benefit the oligarchs right now
10:39 am
hurshy
i know, i just thought a pun might cheer you up a smidge
10:39 am
EvaNadine
yup.
the average american is operating with a middle-school level of education. but they refuse to acknowledge that they may not know everything and to trust the people who actually have studied these things.
and until the rest of our government gets off their asses and does their job in checks and balances, we are living in an actual hellscape.
10:39 am
Dorens
ahh. not working today. but thanks hush
and I'm not seeing much hope for checks and balances these days,,
10:41 am
hurshy
i have yet to land that pun successfully. i guess guns n roses are not as popular as i would have thought
10:42 am
Dorens
only thing of theirs that I really liked was Patience
10:42 am
Dorens
Different generation, hursh
10:42 am

I live in a blue bubble too. Every now and then a MAGA hat wanders in. The head under the hat doesn't know what oligarchy even means, so "What Me Worry?"
10:48 am
EvaNadine
I'd expect most of the older MAGAs to remember Reaganomics and understand that the trickle-down theory was a massive failure.
but alas...
10:49 am
Dorens
Quite true Kaplan. But I do know some people with graduate degrees who clearly have intelligence but just don't seem to be willing to admit they were wrong back in 2016,
10:49 am
Dorens
I don't think they've ever come to understand that it was a failure, Eva
10:52 am
Dorens
My Congresswoman is having a Town Hall this evening. I'm going and I hope she doesn't have too many MAGAs there to heckle her. They are all over her social media trolling her and being generally obnoxious.
10:52 am
Kaplan the Magne
They don't remember- lot of them weren't alive. 1984 is a long time ago. The dumbing down of America was a contribution of the Reagan Bush years. They've been playing the long game.
10:53 am

They will not understand until all these new decrees start affecting them personally.

my mother is 85 years old and just repeats "each administration undoes what the previous one did and it always ends up fine"
but then i outline ALLLLLLLLLL the things this one has done and she says "well, thats illegal -- he cant do that"
and yet, HE IS.
and no one is stopping him.
10:55 am

It never ends up fine.
10:56 am

you guys need to follow Robert Reich and some of the other people who give "reasons for hope" in spite of it all
10:57 am
Kaplan the Magne
That is the sanest recommendation I have heard today.
10:57 am
hurshy
i mean really we already had oligarchy - now it's just so much more blatant and out in the open, who konws? it MAY make enough people realize it's bad that we can actually eventually get fundamental reform out of all this.
10:58 am
crosshair
We had a beautiful lady here in town who lived to 114!! She collected a pension for 44 years!!
10:58 am

i just do my best to focus on the things i CAN affect.
to stand up for the people who ARE affected.

I would rather not live to be 114- people celebrating with a nasty cake saying "114 years young!" while all my friends and family are gone.
11:01 am
EvaNadine
im with you Hurshy.
these past few years have been so stressful with, among other things, losing my father + dealing with massive health issues for my mother, resulting in moving her to assisted living.
i dont want my loved ones to stress and suffer.
let me go.
11:01 am

i think i heard you can lose your sense of smell and taste as you get old, so like you can't even enjoy food anymore really. like what is the point??
11:02 am

You kidding? If I make it to 100, I will hire dancers and an Irish band for my oarty.

Well, it's not something I need to worry about anymore, not with stage IV pancreas cancer. But I'm on a terrific clinical study drug at Sloan Kettering that has shrunk the tumor by 75%. Still, at 75, I don't think I'll be around long enough to worry about 100
11:07 am
hurshy
wow, dorens. so sorry to hear about your diagnosis but glad you're in a good clinical trial
11:09 am
Kaplan the Magne
Dorens, are you in pain?
11:09 am
Kaplan the Magne
Chicago Patriots?
11:09 am
Dorens
Nope, not now. The shrinking of the tumor has freed me from the fentanyl patches I needed from November through February. Twinges now, but no big deal
11:10 am
crosshair
Sorry to hear that, Dorens. As a cancer survivor myself, I can fully relate.
11:10 am
hurshy
actor Humphrey's nickname counts
11:11 am
Dorens
yes, it's a golf term brushy
Crossy, were you stage IV also??
11:11 am
crosshair
Stage three
11:11 am
hurshy
i usually see the golf term spelled -ey
11:11 am
JaxH66
Sorry to hear that Dorens. What type of drug are you on for your clinical trial?
11:11 am
crosshair
I have been in remission for fifteen years ir so
11:12 am
hurshy
then again i guess i don't know how people spell Humphrey's nickname since one mostly hears it aloud
11:12 am
Dorens
At first it was called RMC62436, but now it has a name - Daronraxib
11:13 am
hurshy
do they use a random word generator or does a person make up those names??
11:13 am
crosshair
Are they going to try and remove the tumour if it shrinks enough?
11:14 am
Dorens
NIce, cross, and yes brushy, they are spelled differently
sorry, I think it's daraxonrasib. And no Cross, it had already metastasized to several spots so I'm past being helped by surgery. The drug lasts as long as the tumor doesn't mutate to make it stop working. Then..... who knows
11:15 am
Dorens
brushy? I coulda sworn I typed hurshy
11:15 am
JaxH66
There are lots of new treatments at the moment and lots of repurposed drugs that work for other types of tumours. It's really hopeful what they can do with some of these newer drugs. Long may it continue to work for you.
11:16 am
hurshy
now, if i became unable to babble, then life would REALLY be awful
11:16 am

hi again -- is it safe to come back?
11:16 am

I was fortunate. My stage three seminoma was caught JUST before it metastisized.
11:16 am
crosshair
It is safe
11:16 am
Dorens
they are really excited about this daraxonrasib. They think it will end up being first line treatment for many solid tumors, not just pancreas
And yes that's true hurshy, but I was really off babble for a while, and lots of other things.
11:17 am
crosshair
Understandable.
11:18 am
hurshy
dang it all
11:18 am
JaxH66
Solid tumours are so hard to treat. My husband had a really aggressive form of bone cancer with virtually no treatment options. He did a clinical trial which helped for a few months. I'm always pleased and excited to see trials that work and potentially can be used for other cancers.
11:19 am
cybernan
so sorry to hear about your cancer Dorens -- hope the new drugs will continue to help you.
11:20 am

Yes. My doctor told me that if I had the cancer in 1970 it would have killed me. They are learning new things all the time.
11:22 am

hi Dorens. so glad to hear that your tumor has shrunk 75%
11:24 am

I remember how the chemo bags were still warm when they were brought up from the lab. Shudder...
11:25 am
crosshair
Yes, glad it is working. We want you with us for a long time yet, Dorens.
11:25 am
JaxH66
Cisplatin is awful. Taken with a cocktail of other drugs it's horrendous. The cisplatin was probably the least worse of the drugs he was one. So sad to see the awful effects of treatment. Hopefully they will soon come up with kinder drugs that can target just the tumours and no cause the horrendous side effects to the rest of the body.
11:26 am
Dorens
Sorry, I'm in and out right now. Thanks for all the well wishes from everyone. And yes, my drug is oral, and I take it every day, and will until it stops working, which apparently it will some day. But for now I'm happy, much more energy than I had previously and enjoying my wonderful family and friends.
11:26 am
crosshair
F**k cancer.
11:26 am

11:27 am

As an aside a fund set up in my husbands memory stands at about £35,000 for research into his kind of cancer. Proud to be able to contribute in small way to research
11:27 am

It killed the nerves in my hand and feet as a "lesser" side effect.
11:28 am

We were, sue. It is good to discuss diference, and to get a different view on things, but one has to be careful not to offend these days.

no one was making fun of you sue -- trump yes, but not you
1:19 pm

true. you don't need to correct cross, I read spellcheck
1:19 pm

Trump yes, you, no.
1:19 pm
suefrad625
see that is the difference. when it is said "middle education". who am I supposed to take it?
1:20 pm
suefrad625
what is said to and at me hurts. it is usually an emotional attack on ME and nobody sees the individual person anymore
1:21 pm

If anything I said upset you, I apologise. Things are heated at the moment. We love our American friends.
1:22 pm
suefrad625
and we love you. I may not agree with you, but I defend your right to say it respectfully
1:22 pm
Gillie
Here's an idea - if someone says something that you don't agree with - don't insist that it is a personal attack and that they should shut up
1:23 pm
Gillie
Because you do seem to take any opinion in opposition to yours as a personal attack
1:23 pm
cybernan
me too -- I have nothing agains American individuals and always enjoyed our snowbird years and the friends we made. It is the current administration down there that scares me with the direction it is taking - nothing personal
1:23 pm

and here we go again Gillie
1:23 pm

Exactly, cybernan.
1:23 pm

1:24 pm

my eduction level should not be judged
1:24 pm

The thing is, I think is this: we all have pretty strong opinions one way or the other about current affairs. No one of us is going to change another’s mind. So all we do is wrangle and sometimes hurt each other. So it is best to stick to discussing Babble and other mundane things.
1:24 pm
cybernan
I often don't like what my own government is doing either.
1:25 pm

At least the Canadian government isn't currently tanking the stock market and imposing taxing on all imports ranging from 10 to 40%
1:25 pm

1:25 pm

You wouldn't love paying 10% to 40% on everything you buy
1:30 pm

*almost* everything you buy - tariffs don't apply if it's made in the U.S., but amazingly, there are many things that the U.S. can't produce for itself

But now you have a labor shortage, which Florida is solving by legalizing child labor - 16-year-olds attending school can now work overnight on school nights and 30 hours a week .
1:35 pm

1:36 pm

1:37 pm

1:37 pm

And if so, how did he have time and energy for anything else
1:38 pm
suefrad625
to see if it is what they want. One school bathes dogs for their animal classes
1:38 pm
