i've been pretty good today, diet wise. still have a bit of forbidden foods in the house, but stock is diminishing rapidly. Don has hard boiled some eggs for me. i'm allowed two/day. and i finally got my act together and have chopped up a huge bunch of rhubarb, and several apples. stewed them in low joule lemonade. ready to have with my low fat yoghurt as my supper time snack.

it's like taking pets into stores other than pet stores. I took my dog into Lowes once, and a lady had to cover her face and leave. when I was leaving, she was outside. I told her that the dogs are friendly. She said she loves dogs, but she is highly allergic to them. I never took my dogs into a non-pet store again.
