yes but it is not just that, my dear friend. It is in the human nature for most to let things be as they are, and to let others do the work as long as they aren't pressed to help. I have seen exacty that with Rob at his job. And they only started to really appreciate him when he started to say no every once in a while and was willing to let some balls drop.
