i made it to gym. exercise physiologist was lovely. my return is going to be slow and steady.

my current lunch is a bowl of clear chicken stock, no salt, and a single slice of toast/crumpet with melted cheese. i don't think i am ready for a full liteneasy dinner yet so will start with one of their lunches as a dinner. breakfast is a small bowl of chopped melon, and a mug of cold coffee flavoured milk.
