Well, I hope they work out. You can add and subtract ingredients with a recipe, but generally not with baking!

well, they came out a little bready, and not too sweet because he purposely cut back on the sugar - they taste more like pancakes, so he buttered and syruped a couple of the big ones and he and his sister are quite contentedly munching.
