i love this diet. for breakfast a juicy red pepper and cottage cheese or other cheese, for lunch green salad and eggs or tofu or fish. For dinner meat and sides of stir fried veggies. great meals. no sauces that are sugary, but i take no meds for my type 2 diabeties and i am healthy
