Just made it by. There were two wrecked cars and they were both black sedans so I don’t know which was the car being chased. But driver of the one head first into the concrete barrier driver was sitting up on the stretcher.

wow, I just looked up the origin of doolally. It's a town in India where the British sent people who were mad. So a British (colonial) version of Bedlam (which was in London).
