If my mom didn't have me to do this stuff for her, she wouldn't do it because of frustration. Rant over. Off to make another call to make sure she gets the correct equipment needed...

And for Matty's question. I have a brand new passport and the only presidents' images are those of Mount Rushmore. The imagery is a bit puzzling, though. A battle scene with canon, polluting train and boat, a farmer driving a pair of oxen. A quote on each page from Eisenhower, LBJ, JFK, MLK, and the least enlightened Roosevelt, and others I've not heard of, some religious. The only thing that looks somewhat modern is an image of a satellite seen from behind the moon with a view on a weirdly green-tinted America.
