gwen, I think maybe you are getting words pop up from your Add Word box that you previously tried. Happens to me on a computer. I usually have to x out the first one of the day every day but if I don't and they pile up I get a bunch that pop up.

I took mine in for a recall earlier this summer and he told me it would be ready by 5:00 and I would need to pick up by 6:00. He also said he would call when it was ready. I live like 50 min away so I left home at like 4:00. When I got there they hadn't even started.
